WARRANTY POLICY
Once the merchandise has been delivered, it is your duty to check and ensure that it is in its total condition before our delivery service leaves the delivered place, since, by signing for receipt of the merchandise YOU accept that the Receives in perfect condition.
The guarantee will only apply to the original buyer and you will have to show your original invoice and identification. If you do not have your invoice, you can present your original note or order.
Any claim for handling damage or incomplete deliveries must be notified during the delivery of the items, and must be reported immediately to our customer service contacts, with a maximum period of 24 Hours after receiving them; Otherwise, it will be understood that you received the items to your satisfaction.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, Brooklyn Home will replace your product with its original copy if you still have the same product from your purchase in stock.
This warranty does not include:
- Normal wear
- Items directly exposed to environmental conditions such as rain, snow, humidity, dust, fire and sunlight
- Grain differences in natural wood, leather, hand-cut or hand-woven craft products; including, but not limited to, textures, irregularities that do not interfere with the intended use of the product, natural fading, or natural odor of textiles
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, personal accidents, burns, scrapes, cuts, intentional abuse, and/or damage caused by pets
- Damage coverage, not limited to; post wash/dry issues, stains, rips, fading, zippers, etc.
- Final Sale Items
- Warehouse Sale Products
- Settlements
- Custom Orders
- Replacements such as leg caps, decorative cushions, covers, drawers or other assembly-related parts
- Coverage of fees incurred for hiring private assemblers or damaging a new product by breaking, screwing or unscrewing, poorly assembled products, or failure to follow stated instructions
- Comfort Preferences or Buyer's Remorse
- Compensation for late order shipments
- Furniture used for commercial purposes
- Transfers or removals or any movement of the furniture outside the original address to which it was sent
Any modification, change or alteration in the original characteristics of the items or in any of their parts voids this warranty.
As they are natural materials such as wood or fabric, it is normal that they may present variations in tones, colors, grains and inlays different from those shown in the images. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects. In the guarantees, we are not responsible for these variations in tones or colors. We inform the customer that the furniture may vary in tone or color with respect to pieces previously purchased or that they already have in their home. We simply replace the part with no responsibility for differences in tone.
The warranty does not cover collection or shipping costs. These costs will be covered by the original owner in advance or, if applicable, you will have to send the furniture to our store for return. If the address is located within the area that the furniture store works as free of charge, the collection and delivery of the furniture will be carried out free of charge when the route allows it.
Our furniture has a guarantee in case of damage by our freight company or carrier, relieving us of all responsibility when the merchandise is collected by the client for transportation.
For the correct cleaning and maintenance of your furniture, only use a white flannel, clean dry or damp, the use of any abrasive product, alcohols, solvents or household cleaners voids this warranty. Please read in detail each Care and Cleaning of your items provided in our online store to avoid future damage to your items.
Our merchandise delivery service includes (under conditions of sufficient space to maneuver):
- Unpacking, Arrangement and Assembly of your items.
- Removal of packaging material.
- Deliveries are on the ground floor, any additional maneuver such as: uploading merchandise to another floor will have an extra cost and the company must be verified in advance to ensure that the maneuver can be carried out (does not include flying or forcing merchandise).
