Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Brooklyn Home we are guided by a unique and innovative style. Our goal is for every purchase to be a positive experience and realize your design visions, which is why all of our returns and refund policies are in compliance with Mexican Consumer Law to protect your rights as a Brooklyn Home customer.

Return Policy:

Any claim for damage or incomplete deliveries must be made during delivery or no later than 24 hours after receipt of the items. Claims or returns for visible manufacturing damage must be reported immediately within 24 hours to our customer service otherwise the customer will be deemed to have received the furniture satisfactorily.

For returns due to imperfections or non-visible manufacturing damage to the products, Brooklyn Home will accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as it has been notified within the first 3 calendar days. Brooklyn Home reserves the right to apply exchanges or returns. Please contact our customer service team support@brooklynhome.mx to complete your return request within this period to initiate the process.

Requirements for Return:

  • Items must be in new or unused condition.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must be disassembled as initially packaged, with all parts, screws, padding and accessories included.

Items not eligible for Return:

  • Open box/used items.
  • Items that have been exposed to cleaning chemicals. Read each Care and Cleaning of your item carefully.
  • Items that have been exposed to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Items exposed to improper use.
  • Does not apply to cushions, ribbon fabrics, wood, glass and/or ceramics.
  • Home items and accessories.
  • Personalized items.
  • Items that after the return period (7 calendar days) did not satisfy your needs.
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale".

 

Return process:

  • Items must have the return label and packing slip provided by Brooklyn Home. Without these documents, returns will not be processed.
  • Items must be in their original condition: undamaged, with original tags and all original packaging included.
  • Only include the items you are returning in your shipping box.
  • Items must be shipped back to Brooklyn Home within 7 calendar days of receiving your return label or after scheduling a pickup.

Our team will evaluate returned items within 7 business days. Brooklyn Home reserves the right to determine eligibility and criteria for returns.

If your return is approved, your refund, less shipping costs and any priority processing fees, will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your return is not approved, you will be notified by email. If items are determined not to be authentic, you will have 14 days to pay for the return of the items, including shipping costs and service charges for Brooklyn Home to responsibly dispose of the items, which may include recycling or donation.

If you do not respond within 14 days or do not pay the shipping invoice within 14 days, we dispose of the items at our discretion.

Refund Policy:

Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method, less shipping costs.
