Change and Cancellation Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Brooklyn Home, we also offer the option to exchange an item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 48 hours of delivery of your item in case you prefer a different product, another color or size of equal or greater value to the one previously acquired.

Change Process:

You must initiate a change request within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@brooklynhome.mx to begin this change request process.

Requirements for Change Request:

  • Provide the order number or customer's full name.
  • Present the original sales note and/or purchase invoice.
  • Send photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect or description of the reason why the change is required.
  • Notify the defect using the same contact method used to make the purchase.

Items you wish to exchange must meet all conditions for returns as outlined in our Returns Policy (e.g., be in new/unused condition, in original packaging, disassembled as initially packaged).

Exchanges will be subject to current warehouse availability and must be of equal or greater value to the product you wish to return.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item(s) and for delivery of the exchanged item(s).

Once we receive and inspect the original item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) or issue a refund if the replacement item(s) is not in stock. available(s). Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled; In these cases, our Return Policy applies. For cancellations, send an email to support@brooklynhome.mx .
