SHIPPING POLICY

Before submitting an order, please ensure the accuracy of your shipping, contact, billing and payment information. The billing information must match the details you have on file with your bank. Please note that once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed by Brooklyn Home. Any changes to the shipping address after the order has been shipped could result in additional charges.

Brooklyn Home does not offer furniture flying or delivery service in areas where delivery is difficult due to issues beyond our service, such as very narrow spaces, areas prohibited for unloading, doors, stairs or any structure that makes delivery maneuvers impossible. Therefore, we recommend measuring the spaces in the room or elevator and comparing them with the packaging measurements of our products before making the purchase. Brooklyn Home is not responsible for damage to the infrastructure of the property where the delivery is made.

When your item is prepared for shipping, the delivery carrier will coordinate a delivery date and time with you. Please note that these cannot always be modified. If you miss your scheduled appointment, a rescheduling and redelivery fee will apply.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. There may be delays due to weather, carrier restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

At Brooklyn Home we offer free shipping exclusively to addresses within the cities of Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. There is no minimum purchase amount required to be eligible for free shipping within the designated area. Free shipping will be done via the standard service of our partner shipping company.

Addresses outside of the previously mentioned cities will not be eligible for free shipping and shipping rates will apply. For more information about shipping rates outside of Quintana Roo, please contact Brooklyn Home customer service.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and the customer's exact location within the previously mentioned cities. Please note that the manufacturers of our products come mostly from other countries, so for some orders the delivery time could vary considerably if the product you wish to purchase is not in stock at the time of purchase. STORAGE FEE POLICY

For in-store pickup orders, from the date the order is placed, customers have up to 30 days to pick up their order. If the customer does not pick up the order within this period, an additional charge of 1% of the order total will be applied for each additional day of storage, with a maximum limit of 60 days. After these 60 days have passed, the order will be considered abandoned and the store reserves the right to dispose of the products without any responsibility towards the customer. It is crucial that YOU are aware of the pickup deadline to avoid additional charges and ensure timely delivery of your products.
